Job brief
We are looking for a fresh-thinking Product Manager to join the founding team and become part of the company’s executive team. In this fast-paced role, you will participate in the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and you will coordinate with all functional teams to help drive adoption of our products.
To be successful, you must excel at problem solving, be a great communicator, and should have proven track record as product manager in a technology company. Our ideal candidates should combine some technical background with a Business related degree.
Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
- Conduct market research and analyze competition.
- Ensure proper product pricing and positioning.
- Perform quality assurance controls.
- Create product acquisition and user onboarding strategies.
Requirements
- MS/BS in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering.
- At least 2-3 years hands-on experience as product manager.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, digital marketing and web technologies.
- Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
Coding skills and/or previous experience with a startup will be considered a plus.
